This fish is loaded with a ton of delicious flavors! The seasoned tilapia fillets are topped with a creamy mayonnaise, fresh garlic slices and a super tasty mango peach salsa that happens to just taste absolutely amazing, hot or cold!

I’m not really that much of a fish eater, although I do enjoy fish occasionally but this fish recipe is one of my favorites! I can make this fish over and over again (that’s how good it really is!) The mango salsa is not at all over powering or fruity tasting, it just gives the fish a wonderful boost of flavor, which happens to go so good with this fish. The mayonnaise is a great addition to the combination of flavors as it moistens the fish and has it’s own special taste in the flavors, so please don’t skip on the mayo! This fish is done in 20 minutes and is incrediably easy to prepare. Comment me below if you have ever tried this variation of flavors on fish before. I would also love to know your feedback so feel free to comment below:)
