Baked Egg Patties for Sandwiches or Freezing

Have you ever wondered how to make those perfectly round eggs for breakfast sandwiches that some fast food places carry, such as Dunkin Donuts? Well this cooking technique not only makes the perfect size egg for sandwiches but is freezable and super easy to make.

I’m totally loving this way of making eggs as I can now achieve those restaurant style egg patties I’ve been wanting to make. It’s all done in an english muffing tin and is a perfect way to make a batch of hot eggs all at one time. They turn out super moist as there baked in some water and can be made ahead for freezer friendly breakfast sandwiches (if there not eaten by then.) After trying this cooking method you may just not want to fry eggs anymore, it’s really that easy!
