Salisbury Steaks–These easy ground beef patties are served with a caramelized onion and mushroom gravy that make for one comforting and delicious meal. This version is made from scratch (meaning, no canned soups used for these tasty steaks) and the portion is sized down to smaller sized steaks, which is why they go by the mini version. Although there not that small, there definitely not the full size either. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles (or just about any side you prefer) and don’t forget to share your feedback.
