Healthy Peanut Butter Multi-Grain Craisin Cookies

A blend of oats, barley, couscous and quinoa are grinded to make one tasty yet “healthy”cookie. Use any blend of grains you may have sitting around but, don’t let the word “healthy” make you assume these could be flavorless or any thing of that matter because these are incredibly delicious! My children ate these with no problem and my husband even commented that these were better than chocolate chip cookies….

So, believe it or not healthy can actually taste pretty good. Serve some to guests and see if they can detect grains or anything healthy about these incredibly yummy cookies.

  1. These cookies do not even look like they have healthy ingredients added in! I love that grinding the grains causes them to be so invisible. My daughter is very picky and I will have to try grinding in secret ingredients! 😉

    1. Grinding the grains is definitely a great way to incorporate those grains into your food and these cookies don’t really give off a grain like taste. If you ever get to make these, do let me know how they turned out for you:)
