Avocado Bacon and Ranch Wraps (Avocado BLT Recipe)

Wheat tortilla’s stuffed with avocado, bacon, ranch, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes make for some simple yet incredibly yummy wraps that can be made even quicker with pre-cooked bacon…

Call it the Avocado BLT wrap if you want but I’ve made these without tomatoes and the avocado wraps were delicious! So if you are short on an ingredient you can still make these only don’t skimp on the key ingredients here (BACON, AVOCADOS AND RANCH.)

Making bacon before hand can be time saving and an ease when prepping a meal, so If you want to know how to pre-cook and store bacon click here (they heat up so quickly frozen.)

However you choose to fill these wraps is up to you (add chicken pieces or cheese of your choice if you prefer) but keep the key ingredients as mentioned earlier and you have some mighty tasty ingredients!

  • 4 whole wheat tortilla’s
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon, pre-cooked
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato (opt*)
  • Ranch dressing

 

Directions:

  1. Place 1 slice of cheese and bacon onto the bottom of a wrap; heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Place the avocados, lettuce and tomatoes a top and drizzle with ranch dressing.

3. Roll the wrap folding in the sides to seal and serve.

Ingredients
  • 4 whole wheat tortilla's
