Pancake Mix Recipe (Make-Ahead Dry Mix)

This homemade Pancake Mix (coming from an Amish cookbook) is a time saver in the mornings for those days you need to serve breakfast but with about half the prep already done!

Make the dry mix and store in a zip-loc bag so when the time comes to use it you just add in the wet ingredients and you have your self a DIY homemade pancake mix! This is a tremendous time saver for a pancake process, especially in those early mornings. I highly suggest trying a homemade pancake mix, you may just want to convert to making PANCAKES this way!
